Reports are event-driven or calendared, never appetite-driven. Each publishes regardless of outcome — including the failures. A missed publication date is itself a ledger-logged finding, not a quietly extended deadline.

The SRR series.
EVENT-DRIVEN · ≥5 RESOLUTIONS · PRE-REGISTERED VERDICT · HONEST PARAGRAPH
Issued when a cluster of armed claims resolves. Each SRR carries five or more resolutions, Brier scores, the overconfidence index, a pre-registered synthesis verdict, and an honest paragraph stating what the record shows — including what we missed. The scaffold publishes before the event; the day gets to edit nothing but the observations.
